In the United States, all of our ingredients come from the earth.  We don’t use any ingredients you can’t pronounce.  Every ingredient is USDA organic, FDA certified and registered, GMP certified. No they do not; our supplements are not flavored nor have any additives.

Yes, you can use earth, ocean, and fire together or individually. Each formula has unique healing properties, if you’re looking to improve various areas of concern; the different atoms are designed to for various health plans.

It is best to keep the product in cool and dry environment where it won’t be exposed to direct sunlight. You can also store this in your kitchen counter or wherever is best to be reminded to take it on a regular basis.

We suggest taking them in the morning with food. However, these can be taken anytime as long as they are consumed with food. The dosage for all the capsules is once per day.

If you miss out on taking your supplement for a day or two or simply forget, it is okay. However, to get the best results, we do suggest trying to consume on a daily basis with food.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription with us. We only want you to be subscribed with us if you want to be and never want to lock you into a commitment. Just log into your “My Account” page, where you can update, change or cancel your subscription.

Please make sure to stop or cancel your subscription before your next billing and shipping date. We cannot refund or stop a shipment once an order has been processed and is in transit to the customer. If this has occurred, once you receive product, please ship it back to us in its unopened form along with tracking details and once it is received we will notify you and start on the refund process.

  • If you are in the United States, orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive to your location after your order has left our facility. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. If you are located outside of the United States, transit times will be longer due to recent events and the contents of the shipment. Customs inspections take longer and are more thorough on health-related items such as nutritional supplements.
  • No matter where you are located, you will receive a tracking number in your email after your order has left our facility. From here, you can check on your order as it travels.
  • You can also track your order by signing into your online account using the “Sign In” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website and then selecting “Tracking” on the menu in your dashboard.
  • It is not recommended that you drink a caffeinated beverage with your supplements. Take your supplements with food and water at least an hour before or after coffee or other caffeinated beverages.

    Caffeine can interfere with the absorption of vitamins and minerals including Vitamin D, Calcium, some B vitamins, Iron, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, and potentially vitamin A.

    Please do not take your vitamins with alcohol to avoid potentially negative interactions with your supplements, particularly mood and sleep supplements.

Our monthly plans are structured so that when you add a product, or products to a plan, you’ll receive it monthly without having to do anything to re-order and you will also get 20% off of your products! When you sign up, you’re committed for a minimum of two months, and your orders will auto-renew on a monthly basis. You can amend the frequency of your orders in your account page after the initial two-month period. Please note, any changes to your subscription (product switches, frequency changes, cancellations) must be actioned at least seven days before your next recurring order date.

Persona limits the dose of vitamins, minerals, herbs, and supplements we recommend in each pack for your safety. As long as you take your packs at the appropriate times, you can not overdose on any of your supplements. However, you should never take multiple packs at once outside of your recommended daily routine. Follow the instructions included with your shipment to ensure safety.

    At Sunlite Health & Wellness, we pride ourselves in developing the best products available and follow Good Manufacturing Practices. 

    Our manufacturers must adhere to the following guidelines:

    • Certificate(s) of Analysis (CoA): The manufacturer must provide a CoA for each product lot number. This analysis specifies the product ingredients, results of dosage testing for ingredients, and product expiration date.
    • Certificate of Origin (CoO): This confirms manufacturer’s incorporated name and address. In the event a CoO requires the final consignee address, we will either provide the address to the manufacturer or request a CoO in a PDF file format that allows us to change this address at a later date to facilitate the split of the shipment to multiple consignees.
    • cGMP Certificate: Our technical specifications for finished products require the manufacturer be certified in cGMP either as a dietary supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturer.   We will conduct audits to ensure that our vendors are cGMP compliant.
